Welcome to Young Coaches Program

We use sport to empower youth to enrich their lives and develop them as leaders in their communities. Our programs are designed to give youth and young adults opportunities beyond the playing field.

CORE VALUES

  • Giving Back – our young coaches direct their passion into helping their communities.
  • Respect – Respecting themselves and honoring the dignity of others regardless of who they are or where they come from.
  • Excellence – We expect the best of ourselves and each other.
  • Empowering others – Helping others succeed and solve problems through teamwork and seeing each challenge as an opportunity to grow and learn.
  • Be transparent – Encourage honesty, respect, and open and clear communication in all we do.
